Engagements
A calm path from question to briefing
Clinic administrators rarely need more software. They need a known sequence: clarify the question, share the right extracts, receive boards, and sit through a briefing that ends with a decision.
What “ready” looks like before kickoff
We send a field checklist after you inquire. Typical items include appointment status for a recent three-month window, no-show marks, staffing cover by role and day, and room identifiers if you track them. Names of patients are stripped before transfer. If your clinic cannot export a field, we note the gap and design around it rather than inventing numbers.
The four stages
- Intake. A short call confirms which operational questions matter this quarter and whether the work is a one-off review, a monthly retainer, a briefing session, or a board pack.
- Extracts. Your nominated administrator sends the agreed files. We validate completeness and ask clarifying questions within two business days.
- Boards. We draft visual boards and captions. You see a preview before the live briefing so surprises stay minimal.
- Briefing. We walk the findings with your team, leave the pack, and note any follow-up that sits outside the current engagement.
Timing you can plan around
A Clinic Operations Analytics Review typically spans two to three weeks from kickoff to briefing, assuming extracts arrive on schedule. Monthly reporting follows a fixed calendar once the field list is locked. Briefing sessions book two to three weeks ahead. Board packs need the meeting date confirmed early so the revision window stays intact.
