The official registered business name is Flow Latticehub Co., Ltd. The company was established in 2018 in Bang Lamung, Chon Buri, Thailand. From the start we focused on healthcare operations analytics for clinic administrators in Eastern Thailand — helping practice managers translate appointment books, cover rosters, and room logs into briefings people can finish in one sitting.
Early clients were independent clinics near the coast that needed clearer owner meetings. Word travelled through administrator networks, and the work grew into structured reviews, monthly reporting retainers, briefing sessions, and board presentation packs. We remain a small consultancy: analysts who have sat beside front-office leads, not a distant reporting factory.
How we work
We begin with your operational questions, not a catalogue of chart types. Intake confirms which weeks, roles, and rooms matter. You share anonymized operational extracts against a field checklist. We draft boards, write captions in plain language, and brief the people who will use them.
We stay outside clinical decision-making. Patient medical records beyond agreed operational fields are out of scope. Software sales and live hosted dashboards are also outside our offer — our deliverables are reports, packs, and facilitated sessions.
